[Remote] Director of Orthodontic Operations

They are seeking a Director of Orthodontic Operations to provide strategic oversight and mentorship of Operations, ensuring operational and financial success of multiple dental practices. The role involves managing teams, making operational decisions, and developing strategic plans for growth.ResponsibilitiesModel outstanding service to clients, including superior written, verbal, and other communication skills. Identify team member strengths and areas of opportunity related to leadership and management skills. Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal service excellenceInterview, hire, and retain top-tier talent in partnership with human resources to ensure staffing needs are met, turnover is controlled and decreasing year over year, and team members grow throughout the organizationOn-board all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic business environment while continuing to meet the business needsTrain operations team members to perform duties in a timely and accurate manner while auditing work to confirm quality and provide additional training as neededHold team members accountable to published and clearly defined goals related to business and/or growth and development plansPartner with operating owners and executive leadership to make operational decisions to benefit the dental practiceUnderstand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the multi-unit business within an assigned territoryReview operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement corrective action as needed while creating and executing long-term strategic plansPartner with dedicated corporate departments and executive team members to design sustainable and scalable programsBe strategic.
