[Remote] Director of Enrollment and Marketing

They are seeking a Director of Enrollment & Marketing to oversee the entire enrollment process, from lead generation to retention, while also managing marketing and communications efforts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual enrollment plans with clear growth targetsMonitor pipeline performance and key conversion metricsBuild forecasting models and conduct weekly enrollment reviewsIdentify bottlenecks and implement improvements across the funnelOwn day-to-day enrollment operations and serve as the connective tissue between enrollment, marketing, and organizational leadershipDevelop lead generation strategies across multiple channelsManage digital advertising efforts and evaluate campaign ROIOversee website conversion optimizationExecute marketing initiatives directly, with the ability to build out vendor and contractor relationships as the organization growsOversee social media presence and content strategy across platformsManage email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with enrollment goalsDevelop and execute enrollment campaigns including promotional offers, free trials, and seasonal initiativesMaintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all family-facing communicationsOwn and continuously improve CRM and related systemsOversee lead routing, automated nurture campaigns, and follow-up processesOwn outbound calling strategy including scripting, list management, segment prioritization, and follow-up cadencesCoordinate outbound calling execution with enrollment team membersMaintain enrollment dashboards and reportingEstablish and monitor enrollment KPIsDesign and improve the consultation process for prospective families; conduct consultations directly as neededSupport and coordinate with existing enrollment staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality family experienceDevelop systems and staff knowledge for school-choice funding guidance (including state scholarship and ESA/EFA programs) as a key enrollment driverIncrease application completion and enrollment conversion ratesDevelop re-enrollment and retention strategies to support long-term family engagementManage team members and coordinate enrollment and marketing executionEstablish accountability systems and a culture of responsiveness and executionActively build relationships in the homeschool and faith-based education community; attend relevant events and conferences as appropriateSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years in enrollment, admissions, sales, marketing, or customer acquisition leadershipDemonstrated success driving measurable growth outcomesStrong analytical, reporting, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationBackground in private school admissions, K-12 education, or EdTech/educational servicesFamiliarity with homeschool, private school, or school-choice marketsExperience with CRM platforms and marketing automation toolsCommitment to faith-based education and family-centered learningCompany OverviewAmerican Heritage Worldwide (AHS Worldwide) is the global campus of American Heritage School, providing LDS-oriented, K–8 resources and services that help parents educate their children at home.
