This role focuses on developing and implementing training programs and strategies to enhance business performance and support operational excellence across the organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn enterprise learning and performance strategy supporting business prioritiesCollaborate with brand leadership, operations, and cross-functional departments to identify capability gaps impacting revenue growth, operational performance, and franchisee successLead franchise capability and revenue performance strategies that drive adoption of key business initiatives through improvements in membership conversion, retention, rebooking, revenue per visit, and overall studio performanceSupport franchisees and operational leaders by providing data-backed insights, ensuring financial goals, expense management, and KPIs are metMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve studio-level profitability and overall system growthLead the strategy and development of training programs aligned with business objectives to drive measurable performance improvementsDevelop and implement curriculum and instructional tools focused on Financial performance management (P&L, expense ratios, COGS, labor optimization)Membership conversion, lead generation, and customer retention strategiesOperational excellence and brand standards executionDirect the development of scalable learning programs, tools, and resources for internal and franchisee audiences by leading and developing team members, leveraging cross-functional partners and subject matter experts while contributing to content creation and program design as neededOwn the strategic direction, governance, and optimization of the LMS frameworkEnsure learning platform(s) effectively support franchise operations, innovation launches, compliance requirements, and location-level developmentLead vendor management and platform roadmap planning to improve user experience, engagement, utilization, and business impactEstablish standards for learning structure, content organization, and learner journeys across all brandsPartner with operational teams and franchisees to ensure strategy, tools, and training materials are executed effectively across all brands and markets; this may include virtual or in-person facilitation, with or without operational partnersMeasure the impact of tools and training programs through KPIs such as revenue growth, behavior change, and operational improvementsContinuously refine programs, materials, and processes based on performance data, feedback, and emerging business needsDrive the adoption of proven best practices to ensure franchisees achieve revenue and performance targetsLead, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering accountability, professional growth, and high performanceEstablish priorities and allocate resources to ensure the successful execution of learning, LMS, and sales performance initiativesConduct performance management activities, including goal setting, feedback, and development planningOther duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and department headsSkills7+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, learning and development, revenue enablement, franchise support, or business performance leadership roles requiredProven experience developing and implementing scalable operational tools, training programs, and business strategies that drive measurable business performance and operational resultsStrong business and financial acumen, including experience working with KPIs, revenue metrics, labor management, conversion performance, customer retention, and profitability driversExperience facilitating training and presenting to a variety of audiences, including operators, franchisees, and leadership teams, in both virtual and in-person environmentsStrong project management, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage vendor relationshipsExperience with using Learning Management Systems (LMS), both as a user and as an administratorAble to draw connections between specific brand/department opportunities and platform capabilities, and combine ideas/needs from multiple stakeholders into solutions that benefit the WellBiz platformThrives working cross-functionally to solve complex problemsExperience in managing a small team of direct reportsBenefitsFlexible time off and holiday scheduleMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceHealth Savings AccountFlexible Spending Account401K matchMonthly allowance for spending at WellBiz Brands, Inc. owned brandsCell Phone reimbursementFree Employee Assistance PlanAnnual performance-based incentive bonus with a target opportunity of up to 20% of base salaryCompany OverviewWellBiz Brands, Inc., the preeminent beauty and wellness platform.
