We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to join our team as a Director, Human Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results and support our company's mission and values. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States or Mexico.
About the Role
As a Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support business plans and objectives
Leading recruiting and development activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
Building and maintaining effective relationships with leadership teams, employees, and external partners
Overseeing labor relations activities, including negotiations, arbitrations, and union relationships
Designing and implementing HR development programs that support business growth and employee development
Managing organization budgets and ensuring effective use of HR systems and technologies

Your Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Fluency in English and Spanish
Extensive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in senior roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to think strategically and execute locally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing HR metrics and data

What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $128,700 - $150,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
