[Remote] Director, Government Pricing and Operations

The Director of Government Pricing and Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational integrity of the company's commercial and government contracting, ensuring compliance with pricing regulations and managing rebate operations.ResponsibilitiesLead accurate and timely calculation, validation, and submission of all mandated government pricing metrics, including AMP, Best Price, ASP, and 340B ceiling pricesDirect the submission of Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (NFAMP) and Federal Ceiling Price (FCP) to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)Monitor and interpret changes in federal and state laws (including IRA-driven updates) to ensure reporting methodologies remain compliant with evolving CMS and OIG guidanceOversee state price transparency reporting and price increase notifications, ensuring Servier meets all jurisdictional requirements to avoid penaltiesManage the end-to-end rebate adjudication process for Commercial Payers, Medicare Part D, and Managed Medicaid, ensuring claims are valid and paid according to contract termsDirect the maintenance of the Contract Management System (CMS), ensuring all contract terms, discount tiers, and eligibility criteria are accurately loaded and updatedOversee the Class of Trade (CoT) and membership validation process to ensure 340B and GPO entities are correctly identified, and only eligible claims are processedServe as the primary lead for external and internal audits related to government pricing and commercial contracting operationsProvide the Executive Director and the Pricing Committee with impact analyses of proposed contract strategies on Government Pricing (e.g., Best Price implications)Collaborate with the GTN and Finance teams to provide detailed actual-to-accrual data, supporting more precise revenue forecastingManage relationships with third-party service providers (TPAs) and software vendors involved in the pricing and rebate ecosystemManage and develop a team of analysts, promoting technical mastery and a high degree of attention to detailFoster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance data integritySkillsBachelor's degree required8-10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experienceAt least 5 years in Government Pricing and Contract AdministrationExpert level knowledge of CMS/Medicaid rebate systemMastery of government pricing regulations and calculationsExceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and ensure accurate reportingProven experience in managing direct reports and cross-functional operational workflowsMBA or advanced financial degree preferredExperience in Oncology or Rare Diseases is highly preferredBenefitsShort-Term and Long-Term incentive programsMedicalDentalVisionFlexible time off (Servier provides unlimited sick time and flex time, and does not accrue time off)401(k)Life and disability insuranceRecognition programsCompany OverviewServier Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical company dedicated to therapeutic progress to serve patient needs.
