**Job Summary**

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Remote Agents. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through our Access-a-Ride transportation program. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate complex issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
* Maintain accurate records and data entry, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and stakeholders
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, driving continuous improvement and excellence
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry
* Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
