NeoGenomics Laboratories is looking for a Director, Finance Programs and Solutions who will act as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership teams. The role is responsible for shaping and executing the finance organization's agenda, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving enterprise-wide initiatives to support growth and improve decision-making capabilities.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CFO to define and execute a multi-year finance roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectivesEvaluate emerging trends, technologies, and leading practices to continuously evolve the organization operating modelIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and modernize processes, capabilities, and ways of workingServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational effectiveness, operating-model design, and future-state capabilitiesPartner with People & Culture to develop workforce strategies that prepare team for a more digital, analytical, and business-oriented futureChampion the evolution of roles toward higher-value activities, including strategic analysis, business partnering, forecasting, and decision supportEstablish a strategic roadmap for automation, intelligent workflows, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutionsIdentify and prioritize opportunities to leverage automation, machine learning, generative AI, and predictive analytics to improve efficiency, controls, and decision qualityPartner closely with Technology to evaluate, implement, and scale digital solutions across processesEnsure technology investments deliver measurable business value, productivity gains, and enhanced user experiencesPartner with the CDIO and enterprise data teams to establish a robust data strategy and governance frameworkImprove data quality, accessibility, transparency, and consistency across reporting and analyticsAdvance the use of data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational performance managementDrive the development of modern reporting, dashboarding, and analytical capabilities that enable proactive business leadershipLead complex, cross-functional programs that drive meaningful improvements in performance, scalability, and business impactBuild alignment across Finance, Technology, People & Culture, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change initiativesDevelop and execute structured change-management strategies that accelerate adoption, minimize disruption, and improve stakeholder engagementEstablish performance metrics and governance structures that sustain continuous improvementEstablish governance frameworks that provide transparency, accountability, and effective prioritization of the program portfolioDevelop business cases, investment strategies, and success measuresMonitor program performance and ensure realization of targeted financial, operational, and strategic benefitsProvide regular updates to executive leadership on program progress, risks, and outcomesSkillsBachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred15+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning finance operations, finance programs, consulting, shared services, or enterprise change leadershipProven track record leading large-scale finance programs and change initiatives within complex, high-growth organizationsDeep understanding of finance operating models, organizational design, process excellence, and digital finance enablementExperience implementing finance technologies, automation platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled capabilitiesStrong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, Boards, and cross-functional stakeholdersDemonstrated success leading organizational change and capability-building initiativesMBA preferredDiagnostics, healthcare services, or other regulated-industry experience advantageousBenefitsCareer coaches internallyMany training opportunities to expand your knowledge baseHighly competitive benefits with a variety of HMO and PPO optionsCompany 401k matchEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition reimbursementLeadership development16 days of paid time off plus holidaysWellness coursesHighly engaged employee resource groupsCompany OverviewOur vision: A world where every cancer treatment decision is as personal as the patient.
