The Director, Business Intelligence & Operations will play a critical leadership role in driving operational execution and business intelligence across the Neurology Business Unit, ensuring leadership has timely and accurate data for informed decision-making.ResponsibilitiesServe as a core strategic advisor to the SVP, Neurology Operations and NBU leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to support business unit transformation, growth, and performance improvementLead the enhancements of clinical payroll and compensation systems, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and scalability through integration of data architecture and operational workflowsLead the development and maintenance of advanced analytical tools, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting in partnership with IT, Data Warehouse, and Analytics teams, ensuring data integrity, standardization, and HIPAA compliancePartner with Finance on forecast modeling, revenue realization tracking, and budget management; support business unit leadership on Monthly Operational Reviews and key executive presentationsProvide analytical support and operational assistance to Operations leadership on strategic investment planning and execution of financial and clinical performance targetsIdentify data quality risks, reporting gaps, and process inefficiencies early; drive mitigation strategies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of analytics productsMonitor KPIs related to provider readiness, implementation timeliness, turnaround times for BD requests, and launch timeline adherencePartner with Clinical Provisioning teams to enhance scheduling optimization and automation within the TIQ-Scheduler suite in SalesforcePartner with Data Warehouse and Analytics teams to ensure the NBU has access to accurate data, including clinician profiles and service site registries, within Salesforce, TelemedIQ, and other operational platformsDesign and implement scalable, repeatable processes that incorporate operational, financial, and pricing considerations to support sustainable growth inclusive of new program offerings and operation readiness that fosters their successCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Credentialing, Clinical, and Business Development teams to ensure internal (NBU) partners have the reporting and insights needed for informed decision-makingEffectively lead and develop direct reports, ensuring alignment to goals and overall NBU objectivesOther duties as assignedProvide direct supervision of staff, including assignment of work tasks, coaching and general performance managementCoaches, develops and mentors direct reports with an emphasis on building career paths for professional growthAdminister progressive discipline, including corrective action, when necessary, to ensure high levels of job performance and compliance with company policyConduct formal performance appraisals for all direct reports and develops action plans for continued development and performance improvementManage payroll activities for direct reports to include timekeeping, approval for time off requests, and other administrative functionsSkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related fieldAt least 7 years of relevant work experience, in a healthcare environment, including operational leadership experienceAdvanced excel and analytics skills, including data visualization toolsProficiency with Microsoft Office programsProficient interpersonal communication skills and the ability to exercise empathy when working with hospital partners, and physicians and patientsExcellent organizational and time management skillsDemonstrate an understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws and regulationsAbility to work independently, but function as part of a teamExpertise in electronic practice and health record managementCapable of building and interpreting while transforming that intelligence into clear, compelling narratives that drive informed decision-making at every level of the organizationDesire to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentAbility to operate with both precision and vision, driving scalable processesAbility to thrive in high growth, fast-paced organization and 100% Remote based environmentMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeOccasional travel for meetings and collaborationBenefits100% Remote WorkHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Comprehensive benefits 6 health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k)Flexible vacation and wellness days 6 we value performance and balanceCulture of ownership, transparency, and results 6 where the best ideas riseCompany OverviewAccess TeleCare provides telemedicine technology solutions for hospitals and health systems.
