Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Project/Program Manager, you will:
Support the Digital Product Owner in ideating, developing, and launching innovative digital experiences
Assist in creating and articulating the product roadmap and prioritizing the product backlog
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and establish continuous improvement pipelines
Develop and maintain written reports, workplans, and roadmap documents
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive user-centered design and analytics-driven decision making
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
10+ years of experience in digital project/program management
At least 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital product development
At least 2 years of experience with digital platforms, tools, and disciplines (e.g., JIRA, Google Analytics, Git Repository, MS TEAMS, Confluence)
Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies and practices
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are desirable:
2+ years of experience in user-centered design and user research
2+ years of experience in customer relationship management platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
2+ years of experience in web content management platforms (e.g., Sitecore)
Management or supervisory experience
