[Remote] Digital Project Manager II

The Digital Project Manager II will manage small to mid-sized accounts, overseeing the deployment of data management software and providing support to customers and field resources.ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for product deployment with the end-user for a set timeline, setting the schedule and details of the job scopeFacilitates remote/on-site installation/add-on requests with Field/Remote Implementation SpecialistsRespond to questions and inquiries from external customers to CZM networking, break-fix calls, as well as installation/configuration related calls and escalated callsWorks with Customer Support to facilitate and schedule FIS/On-site service requestsSecondarily respond to questions and inquiries from Field Service Engineers, Affiliates, Distributors, Sales Managers, Customer Care personnel, and any other internal customersDirectly provide remote training sessions to the end user (WebEx) as neededSkillsMinimum of five (5) years' related experience in project managementWorking knowledge in a clinical setting is extremely helpfulShould have a high degree of technical proficiency, and excellent problem-solving skillsSuperior understanding of Networking Topologies, Windows/Mac operating systems and Medical instrument networkability requiredMust possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reportsOrganized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approachesTravel required, approximately 25% of the time, which may involve overnight staysBS Computer Science or Informatics, or A+, Net+, Server + certifications preferredKnowledge of EMR/EHR business models a definite plusExperience and familiarity of CZMI products and line of business a plusBenefitsMedicalVisionDental401k MatchingEmployee Assistance ProgramsVacation and sick payCompany OverviewZeiss is a manufacturer of optical systems, industrial measurements, and medical devices.
