[Remote] Senior Talent Sourcer--Executive Recruiting

They are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to provide sourcing support for the Executive Recruiting team, focusing on attracting and recruiting executive-level talent while managing relationships with external recruiting agencies.
Responsibilities
β’ Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent
β’ Proactively designs sourcing strategies and solutions that that attract and recruit passive talent that meet current and future business needs and talent strategies
β’ Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants
β’ Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
β’ Gathers and reports out on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence, including geographic, industry and labor market data to create a sourcing strategy aligned with business needs
β’ Leverages HR technology resources to gather leads, assess qualifications, refer quality leads and support measurement on performance objectives, and build relationships with pipeline candidates
β’ Leads effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools through consultation of line of business partners and HR representation
β’ Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies when engaged to support sourcing activities
β’ Maintains strategic relationships with the recruiters to ensure consistent messaging and implementation of the Talent Acquisition and Outreach strategy
Skills
β’ 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
β’ University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
