[Remote] Digital Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is hiring a Technical Product Owner for one of its leading customers in the life sciences space. The TPO will own the day-to-day product and platform management of a global external digital ecosystem, managing the product backlog, defining requirements, and coordinating delivery for website launches and enhancements.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scopeEffectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team membersOwn the day-to-day product and platform management of a global external digital ecosystemManage the product backlogDefine requirementsPrioritize initiativesCoordinate delivery for website launches, enhancements, integrations, and operational workWork closely with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, security, compliance, content, and external vendors to ensure digital products are stable, secure, scalable, and aligned to business needsOversight of platform operations such as vulnerability remediation, access management, redirect and domain management, and site lifecycle activities including launches, archiving, and decommissioningSkills5+ years in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Platform DeliveryExperience owning enterprise web/CMS platforms and external-facing digital propertiesStrong background translating business goals into requirements, backlog, roadmap, and delivery plansExperience with Agile/Scrum and managing cross-functional delivery across multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of web operations, security, compliance, and vendor management in enterprise environmentsExperience with Brightspot CMS, Brightcove, Akamai, or similar enterprise digital platformsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital performance optimizationExperience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or other compliance-heavy environmentsBenefitsBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Company OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
