* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
* Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and financial modeling
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field
