[Remote] Digital Optimization Analyst

The Digital Optimization Analyst role focuses on supporting revenue growth through A/B testing and personalization, collaborating cross-functionally to transform business insights into impactful experiments.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end test execution, from experiment design through implementation and analysisCollaborate and ideate with product, marketing, and business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate requirements into A/B tests or machine learning–driven solutionsGenerate test hypotheses, define success metrics, and assess feasibility and prioritization of A/B testsExecute experiments directly within A/B testing platform, including variation development and metric tracking; partner with UX and engineering teams for more complex experiments by writing feature requirements and ensuring experiment qualityDrive A/B test prioritization to align with key business objectivesCommunicate timely, clear analyses of test results to key stakeholders and the broader organization, including insights and recommended next steps to ensure continuous improvementIdentify opportunities to increase experimentation scale via automation and AI solutionsMay assume other duties as assignedSkillsProficiency with A/B testing and personalization platforms such as Optimizely Web, Adobe Target, or VWO; Optimizely Web experience preferredWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required; proficiency preferredFundamental understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental designProficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4), Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization techniques requiredStrong demonstrated verbal and written communication abilities including presentation skills; must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical teams2+ years of experience in designing, implementing and analyzing A/B or MVT tests, preferably in an e-commerce environmentBachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent experience or trainingExperience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence preferredProven ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects concurrently while meeting deliverablesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced remote team environmentBenefitsAt Frontdoor certain roles are eligible for additional rewards and incentives.Insurance for medical/pharmacy, dental, vision, life, and disabilityWeight loss and smoking cessation programsMatching 401(k)Ability to participate in our employee stock purchase planCompany OverviewFrontdoor is a company that’s on a mission to make home ownership simple.
