This role involves designing, building, and improving web pages while collaborating with various teams to create impactful digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build web pages and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — with clean, maintainable code you're proud ofDevelop and maintain page templates, layouts, and components within WordPress using the Divi builderTranslate Figma mockups and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages across devices and browsersAuthor and publish content across the site, ensuring brand alignment, accuracy, and a consistent voiceUphold and evolve our design system: typography, color, spacing, and reusable componentsEnsure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness on every pageBuild and manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email templates in HubSpotMaintain HubSpot CMS modules and theme elements that power our marketing campaignsSupport the integration between HubSpot and WordPress for seamless lead-gen workflowsOversee day-to-day platform operations: updates, content edits, and site maintenanceImplement on-page SEO best practices: metadata, heading hierarchy, structured data, and image optimizationApply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies so Ever.Ag content surfaces accurately in AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and beyond)Structure content with clear, authoritative, citation-friendly formatting to maximize visibility in AI-generated responsesMonitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical health using standard analytics and web toolsConduct QA across pages and campaigns to ensure accuracy and a polished experience every timeCreate wireframes, page layouts, and design prototypes in FigmaImprove navigation, CTAs, and conversion pathways based on user behavior and dataCollaborate with content and marketing to produce visually compelling, on-brand digital experiencesSupport creative production of graphics, banners, and web visual assetsPartner with demand gen, content, social, and design teams on web-driven campaignsCoordinate with vendors and developers on infrastructure or complex feature workSupport integration of websites from acquired companies into the Ever.Ag digital ecosystemSkillsBachelor's degree in web design, digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience2–4+ years of experience in web design, front-end development, or web authoringProficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and editing web pagesExperience designing and prototyping in FigmaHands-on experience with WordPress and the Divi page builder — creating and editing pages, templates, and modulesWorking knowledge of HubSpot CMS: landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email templatesFamiliarity with SEO fundamentals and GEO strategies for AI-driven search visibilitySharp eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency — you notice when something's 2px offAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environmentBackend experience (PHP, Python, or similar) is a plusCompany OverviewEverAg is a agtech provider dedicated to empowering agriculture, food, and beverage supply chains to feed a growing world.
