They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to collaborate with the CCO and leadership team to shape their go-to-market strategy and execute impactful marketing programs.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with CCO and commercial leadership to evolve brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we scaleTranslate scientific and technical capabilities into compelling marketing narrativesSupport customer communications initiatives with strategic messaging and materialsAnalyze Companies market for sizing and needs (including segmentation, adjacent markets, and growth drivers)Competitive analysis, both existing and emergingDraws data from both internal BD data sources (e.g. SFDC) and external industry sourcesWorks with CCO to inform key strategic decisions during the 5-year LRP processKeeps CCO and LT informed on marketing trends real timeDevelop and maintain marketing materials: pitch decks, service brochures, data sheets, and corporate presentationsEquip the commercial team with tailored content and campaigns aligned with the sales pipelineWork with Inside Sales to provide key criteria to be used for Lead Scoring to enhance our success rate through the funnelPlan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and conferences including logistics, booth design, collateral, lead tracking and ROI analysisRepresent the company onsite, supporting business development and technical teamsSet up internal procedures to support conference support from the siteTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROIRegularly report insights and recommendations to optimize spend and impactOversee digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketingManage and lead content strategy: case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, technical blogs, etcCoordinate with external digital/creative agency partnersOther duties as assignedSkills5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B life sciences, biotech, or CDMO environmentsExtraverted in the sense of external orientation into the biotech marketsHands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event planningAbility to translate complex scientific/technical content into compelling marketing assetsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills — written, visual, and interpersonalCollaborative mindset with the confidence to lead initiatives and influence stakeholdersCollaboration with Bora Pharmaceuticals and external marketing teamExperience working with biotech/biopharma clients or stakeholdersExposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.)Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in biotech marketingPreference for local San Diego candidates; remote eligibleCompany OverviewPorton Advanced is a Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) CDMO/CRO.
