[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will own and execute the global digital marketing strategy, translating brand and therapy strategy into impactful digital engagement across various channels.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the global digital marketing strategy for defined customer segments, including implanting physicians, referring clinicians, patients, societies, and payorsPartner with global marketing and commercial teams to identify digital opportunities that support therapy education, adoption, and commercializationAct as the digital marketing lead for key initiatives, campaigns, and product or therapy launchesDevelop and manage messaging, content, and execution across digital channels, including website, social media, and digital education and sales enablement toolsEnsure all digital content aligns with brand, clinical, and regulatory requirementsLead digital engagement planning around major conferences, tradeshows, and campaigns in coordination with broader marketing effortsOwn website development and ongoing optimization in partnership with internal and external teamsLead SEO strategy and implementation to improve visibility, relevance, and quality of trafficEnsure digital platforms are scalable, compliant, and optimized for user experienceDefine, track, and report digital marketing KPIs, including engagement, traffic quality, campaign effectiveness, and audience segmentationUse data and insights to optimize digital campaigns and inform content and channel strategyPartner with cross-functional analytics, CRM, or commercial operations teams where applicableLead digital brand and graphic design strategy in partnership with internal teams and external agenciesOwn and maintain digital brand and design guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across channelsServe as a key contributor to the global marketing team, collaborating across functions and geographiesLead digital initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables across regionsManage complex projects and programs with multiple internal and external contributorsSkills5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related rolesExperience marketing medical devices or healthcare products strongly preferredBA/BS in engineering, health sciences, marketing, business, or communicationsMBA preferredWebsite development and management, including SEO best practicesSocial media content development, execution, and performance measurementExperience managing digital channels in a regulated or complex B2B/B2B2C environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to segment audiences and measure campaign effectivenessKnowledge of neuromodulation or spinal cord stimulationExperience in medical device upstream product marketing or therapy developmentExperience supporting global product launches and commercializationUnderstanding of implantable medical device clinical and regulatory environmentsFamiliarity with the relevant customer base (HCPs, patients, payors)Willingness to travel up to 30–50%Company OverviewSaluda Medical is a commercial-stage medical device company that develops treatments for chronic neurological conditions.
