Job DescriptionAs a Digital Information Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying records in our cloud-based data management systems. Accuracy, reliability, and consistency are essential as your work will impact daily operations across departments. You’ll also support data cleanup, formatting, and documentation to ensure smooth digital asset management.
Working in a fully virtual team, you will attend online meetings, follow digital guidelines, and communicate clearly through email and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain data in digital storage and workflow systems
Ensure information consistency and resolve minor data discrepancies
Review documentation and upload structured content
Support digital teams with organization and file tracking
Participate in virtual onboarding and remote team check-ins
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; technical or administrative coursework preferred
Proficiency with data entry, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
Exceptional attention to detail and task accuracy
