Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative for Transportation Unit

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day customer service to clients in the Transportation unit
- Work directly with Producers and Insurance Company representatives to service existing customers
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID Cards
- Assist with client inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, and vehicle or driver management
- Update data in the agency management system and assist in creating renewal submissions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or recognized equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Commercial Lines insurance industry or related role
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve
- Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact effectively with team members
- Self-motivated and driven with excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
