[Remote] Digital Growth & Marketing Operations Lead

Infosys BPM is seeking a senior marketing operator to help accelerate growth and improve execution across their AI-Ready Data Center business. The role involves improving digital marketing effectiveness and execution through strategic judgment and operational rigor, while leading cross-functional teams to enhance marketing strategies and outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAssess current digital marketing plans, programs, and investmentsIdentify opportunities to improve audience strategy, channel mix, campaign architecture, and performanceProvide direction to internal media, digital, web, and campaign teamsRecommend high-impact experiments and optimization opportunitiesEnsure programs align to business objectives and pipeline outcomesDrive alignment across marketing, product marketing, web, content, analytics, field marketing, agency partners, and other stakeholdersTranslate business priorities into executable plansEstablish clear priorities, milestones, and accountabilityProactively identify and remove execution barriersBring an outside-in perspective on modern B2B marketing best practicesChallenge assumptions and provide clear recommendationsHelp leadership prioritize investments and focus resources on the highest-impact opportunitiesServe as a trusted partner to marketing leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
