[Remote] Development Operations Analyst

The Development Operations Analyst will support the fundraising team by ensuring accurate donor information management and providing essential operational support to enhance workflow efficiency.ResponsibilitiesProvide agile support across Development Operations workstreams; serve as a trained backup for gift processing and grant agreement workflows to ensure no lapses in coverage during peak fundraising cyclesCollaborate with the Database and Central Development teams to audit, update, and optimize Salesforce reports and campaigns, identifying opportunities to automate or streamline manual entryMaintain up-to-date knowledge of gift management procedures and agreement protocols to assist primary owners with data reconciliation and record integrityAccurately record and maintain donor and prospect information, ensuring high data quality across the CRMPerform due diligence checks and basic research on donors and prospects to support the frontline fundraising teamsPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsA Service Mindset: A genuine desire to support others and a 'no task is too small' attitudeTechnical Aptitude: Comfort learning new software quickly; prior exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus, but not required if you are a fast learnerDetail Orientation: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping; you enjoy 'getting the details right.'Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously while staying focused on deadlinesStrong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a focus on being helpful and clear in a remote work environmentCompany OverviewThe Obama Foundation is a start-up for citizenship and an ongoing project for people to shape, together, what it means to be a good citizen.
