[Remote] Developer I (C#/.NET/SQL)

RealPage, Inc. is looking for a Developer I (C#/.NET/SQL) to join a fast-paced engineering team and support modernization of the OneSite Property Management platform. The role involves assisting in the development, testing, and deployment of platform components while participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle under guidance from senior engineers.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle under guidance from senior engineers, including design discussions, implementation, testing, and deploymentDevelop and maintain C#/.NET code following established patterns and receiving detailed instructions for new tasksAssist in modernization efforts across the OneSite platform, including supporting SOAP-to-REST migration activitiesHelp address fast-paced engineering work needed for resolving blockers related to Classic vs. New OneSiteWrite and maintain SQL logic (stored procedures, UDFs, inline SQL) following existing OneSite coding standardsContribute to component-level tools, reusable code samples, and patterns that support instrumentation, monitoring, security, scalability, and performanceUse AI coding assistants at a basic level to generate boilerplate code, tests, and documentation while validating outputsParticipate in design and code reviews to learn best practices and improve code qualityIdentify issues within assigned work products and escalate questions or concerns appropriatelyEstimate task effort under general supervision and communicate progress clearly to the teamSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent0–2 years of experienceUnderstanding of SDLC conceptsGeneral understanding of APIs (REST, HTTP basics)General understanding of relevant tech stack (C#, .NET, SQL, HTML/JS)Strong interest and enthusiasm for software technologiesGood communication skillsAttention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to follow detailed instructions and work under general supervisionHands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, Web APIBasic SQL/T-SQL experience, stored proceduresExperience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQueryExposure to AngularJS/AngularUnderstanding of SOAP/REST interactionsFamiliarity with Git, TFS, Azure DevOpsUnderstanding of legacy technologies like ASP, JavaScriptExposure to full-stack development (coursework or internships)Company OverviewRealPage is the leading global provider of AI-enabled software platforms to the real estate industry.
