Remote Dental Operations Manager
We are hiring a Remote Operations Manager to drive performance, compliance, and accountability If you have managed dental locations before and understand how to run operations through systems, metrics, and people — this role is for you. What You Will Be Responsible For You will manage offices remotely and be accountable for performance: • Monitor office KPIs (production, schedule, attendance, performance) • Enforce compliance with company processes and standards • Hold the team accountable • Identify underperformance and take corrective action • Ensure schedule efficiency and patient flow • Oversee chart audits and documentation compliance • Work directly with leadership on performance reporting • Drive consistency across multiple locations You are not observing.
