The role involves providing expertise on Delinea's security solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams for effective production support and optimization of Delinea products.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for all Delinea-related inquiries and issuesProvide expert advice on the configuration, troubleshooting and management of Delinea productsHas previous experience with account discovery scripting and password policiesWork closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of Delinea's product offerings and updatesSupport the Production issues and deployment of Delinea solutionsEnsure that all configurations and customizations meet client requirements and industry best practicesWork on policy creation, policy templates and password management including password complexity handlingMonitor and manage the performance and security of Delinea installationsTroubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Delinea productsDevelop and deliver training sessions and materials for clients and internal teamsProvide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective use of Delinea solutionsCreate and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practicesIdentify opportunities for improving the performance and management of Delinea solutionsProvide feedback and suggestions for product enhancementsContribute to the development of internal processes and standards for Delinea product useSkillsMust know Delinea Secret ServerMust have extensive experience in Delinea discoveryMust have extensive experience in PowerShell and Python and using Delinea APIsMust have extensive experience using Delinea for password rotationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on Delinea productsExtensive knowledge of Delinea's product suite; specifically, Delinea Secret ServerExperience in PowerShell, SQLStrong understanding of security best practices and industry standardsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with training and documentation developmentRelevant certifications (e.g., Delinea Administrator) are a plusCompany OverviewTechnogen, Inc.
