[Remote] Dealership Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Email + Text + Meta)

The Dealership Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and launching email and SMS campaigns, creating dealer-ready templates, and setting up audience building for Meta platforms. Responsibilities • Build and launch email + SMS journeys in ActiveCampaign or Constant Contact • Create dealer-ready templates: campaigns, segments, automation maps, reporting views • Set up list hygiene, tagging, attribution basics, and deliverability • Build Meta custom audiences + lookalikes, and help dealers deploy them • Partner with our data team to translate dealer data into usable segments Skills • Dealership marketing experience (OEM store, agency, vendor, or in-house) • ActiveCampaign or Constant Contact build experience (not just 'used it') • SMS workflows and compliance awareness (opt-in, quiet hours, unsubscribe handling) • Meta audiences and campaign fundamentals • Can show examples: a journey map, a set of automations, or screenshots • CDK / Reynolds / DealerSocket / Elead / VinSolutions familiarity • Experience with Twilio, Podium, CallRevu, or dealership texting platforms • Understanding of service retention and fixed ops marketing Company Overview • QoreAI: Transforming Automotive Retail Through Seamless, Secure Communication It was founded in 2021, and is headquartered in Orlando, Florida, USA, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
