They are seeking a Finance Analyst to manage client financials, project economics, invoicing, and finance reporting to ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage client-level financial tracking, including budgets, actuals, and margin analysis across all accountsMonitor project profitability and flag variances early, working with account managers to keep projects on track commerciallySupport scoping and pricing for new work, providing financial modelling and scenario planning for proposalsManage end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with scope and contractsReconcile billing across clients and projects, identifying and resolving discrepanciesEnsure invoices are paid on time, track outstanding payments, and work with account managers to flag delays and resolve issuesWork with the accounting team to ensure invoices flow cleanly into the financial systemOversee payroll processing in coordination with our external accounting partner, ensuring accurate data entry for hours, bonuses, and leaveTrack and report on team utilisation and project allocation across the businessProvide visibility on capacity, helping leadership make informed resourcing decisionsSupport forecasting for revenue, capacity, and project pipelineBuild and maintain regular financial reporting for leadership, covering revenue, margins, cash flow, and key commercial metricsDevelop dashboards and reporting tools that give the team real-time visibility into business performanceIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities in the numbers and translate them into actionable recommendationsSupport leadership with financial insights that drive growth strategy and operational decisionsPartner with the account management team to ensure financial alignment on all client workWork with leadership on commercial planning, budgeting, and forecastingCoordinate with the external accounting team on month-end, reporting, and complianceProvide ad-hoc administrative support to the leadership team and assist with general business operations as requiredAssisting with regulatory filings or insurance renewalsSkillsYou have experience in a finance, commercial operations, or business analyst role, ideally within an agency, professional services, or project-based environmentYou are confident with financial modelling, reporting, and analysis.
