[Remote] Database Administrator(BI Analyst)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. My3Tech is seeking a Senior Database Administrator with a focus on business intelligence and analytics. The role involves managing databases, optimizing SQL queries, and utilizing Power BI for data insights, requiring strong communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Progressive experience in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics roles
ā¢ Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and query optimization
ā¢ Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and row-level security
ā¢ Extensive experience working with Ellucian Banner data
ā¢ Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
ā¢ Experience in higher education or large, complex enterprise environments
ā¢ Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
ā¢ 5ā7+ years of progressive experience in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics roles
ā¢ Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and query optimization
ā¢ Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and row-level security
ā¢ Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
ā¢ Extensive experience working with Ellucian Banner data
ā¢ Experience in higher education or large, complex enterprise environments
ā¢ Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
