**Job Description**
As a Bilingual Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in careerzynith's products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide timely and effective support to customers via live chat
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with the Online Chat Manager to escalate complex issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith's products and services
* Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
* Maintain a positive and professional image in all interactions with customers and colleagues
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and software
* Excellent language skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
