In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing database performance, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring efficient data management across multiple service areas.

Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
ā¢ 4 or more years of experience in a related technical field
ā¢ 4 or more years of Information Systems experience
ā¢ 2 or more years of data analysis and/or data administration experience in a relational database environment
ā¢ 4 or more years of data analysis and / or data administration experience in a relational database environment
ā¢ Experience working with real-time transactional replication
ā¢ Expertise in SQL Server versions 2019 and higher
ā¢ Hands-on experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and implementing indexing strategies for optimal performance
ā¢ Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, resolve them efficiently, or engaging the appropriate resources
ā¢ Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
ā¢ Designing, implementing, and executing ETL workflows, SSIS packages, and data migration strategies
ā¢ Experience designing and managing Always On Availability Groups and implementing disaster recovery solutions
ā¢ Skilled in designing and documenting functional requirements and technical specifications for new applications
