About the role: Turing.com is looking for Data Scientist Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the growth and performance of a group of data scientists and analysts working on validating the efficiency of LLMs. Required Skills: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a data scientist. - 5+ years of Python programming and data science experience. - 2+ years of experience leading a group of at least five employees. - Demonstrable expertise with data science/analysis and SQL. - Outstanding interpersonal abilities to work well with researchers and stakeholders. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Strong business acumen and data analysis skills to identify key questions, provide meaningful answers, and communicate key findings in an organized manner. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Bonus Skills: - Experience developing and implementing workflows for teams. - Ability to write high-quality Python code and explain logic in Jupyter Notebooks. - Proficiency in debugging programs and producing thorough documentation. - Expertise in reviewing machine-generated code for correctness, conciseness, and efficiency. - Strong communication skills to convey complicated issues to stakeholders and team members effectively. - Experience working with data evaluation tools such as tables, charts, and diagrams.
