Google Ads Media Buyer
We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale our paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis across Google Ads and other paid search networks. You are expected to have effective and consistent communication with the team for a clear and efficient exchange of information and collaboration.
Work Schedule: Preference for candidates located in or able to work in MST or PST time zones.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and design effective campaign structures.
• Manage daily campaign operations, including ad creation, bidding strategies, budgeting, and bid adjustments to meet campaign objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust tactics to improve key metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and messaging for maximum engagement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform, bidding strategies, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of advertising sales strategies and market research methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
