Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Data Science to lead a remote team focused on data entry, customer support analytics, and strategic insight generation. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions—including dashboards, predictive models, and statistical reports—to surface insights that improve customer support efficiency and satisfaction.
