[Remote] Data Migration Senior Consultant

The SAP Data Migration Senior Consultant will define the Data Migration roadmap for clients, ensuring high-quality services while cultivating relationships and developing new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for design, implementation, and configuration of Data Migration solutions to meet business requirements within an entire ERP project lifecycleImplement complex sets of rules for the conversion of data to be migratedDesign and hold internal and customer workshops independently or in a teamAdvise the customer throughout on all issues relating to data cleansing and data migration - from conception and planning to the integrative control of migration activitiesBring your expertise to design a solution portfolio - you will pick up new trends independently and develop our range of services in the area of SAP data migration, especially with regard to S/4HANACollaborate with MDG team to support the governance of master data across the organizationEstablish and enforce data quality standards and proceduresCollaborate with the integration team to design and implement data interfacesCreate long term relationships with clients and achieve a strong reputation as a trusted advisor for data related topicsTake over responsibility as (sub) project team lead and integrate and coach new team membersSkillsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Data Migration projects with SAP technologies like LSMW, Migration Cockpit and/or Data ServicesProfound knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4 data from different domains (MM, FI, CO, PP, SD, QM etc.)Experience in both migrating data into SAP and extracting data from SAP ERPProfound SAP ERP project lifecycle and go-live experienceProgramming skills (ideally ABAP) and/or SQL knowledgeStrong understanding of data modeling and data migration principlesExcellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to successfully interact with a wide variety of stakeholdersProfessional appearance with strong customer focus and analytical and structured working attitudeStrong attention to details and ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks with excellent problem-solving abilitySAP Data Services (BODS) certification is a plusBenefitsDiscretionary performance bonusPaid VacationPaid HolidaysPaid Sick leave401(k) matchMedical, dental and vision coverageTuition and certification reimbursementLife InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability CoverageSubsidized gym membership programSubsidized Porsche and VW leasing programsCompany OverviewMHP is an international management and IT consultancy headquartered in Ludwigsburg, Germany.
