Meet established production and quality standards.Maintain impeccable attendance, adhering to Gainwell policy.Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industry dynamics, applying this knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement. Identify issues, review procedures, and recommend and implement modifications as necessary to enhance the efficiency of transaction processing. Handle company confidential data in strict adherence to policy and guidelines. Be prepared for occasional overtime, as required. Be available to work Gainwell Holidays and Saturdays.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:High school diploma or G.E.D. Excellent typing skills.Excellent typing skills- you must pass the 10-key test by keying 9,000 kph with limited errors.Experience working with business solutions software. Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills.
