Key Responsibilities
Ā Execute data entry tasks with a focus on precision and efficiency (minimum 40 WPM required).
Ā Facilitate the manual setup of organizations and user profiles as part of the application migration process.
Ā Provide support to end-users by establishing organization and user credentials.
Ā Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transition for clients to the new application system.
Ā Adapt to project needs with flexible shift options available: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST).
Required Skills
Ā Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (>40 WPM).
Ā Language Skills: Strong command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous).
Ā Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ā Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users.
Ā Experience: Prior helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā A reliable internet connection is essential.
Ā Successful completion of a brief typing assessment.
