Remote Data Entry Specialist - Transportation Analytics

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Transportation Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate complex data sets to make informed decisions. If you have a passion for working with data, excellent SQL skills, and a strong understanding of business operations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with large, complex data sets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions
Develop data visualizations using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
Engage with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and share insights, partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business outcomes
Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve data accuracy
Document processes and share expertise with colleagues, mentoring peers to become Subject Matter Experts
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience with SQL and data manipulation
1-2 years of experience with Tableau and data visualization
Business operations fluency, with a strong understanding of supply chain and transportation principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced experience with SQL, Tableau, and scripting languages (Python preferred)
Experience with e-commerce operations, parcel service operations, or related fields
Familiarity with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau Prep
