Job Title: End User Support Analyst - I
Duration: 12 Months+ (Good possibility of extension)
Location: Ashburn, VA / MD / Dallas,TX / Basking Ridge, NJ
Job Description:
Targeted Years of Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Ashburn VA / MD / Dallas, TX / Basking Ridge, NJ, any location if candidate is really good.
Working Model: Hybrid- 2 days a week initially, if all goes well, okay to give remote
Entry Level Responsibilities:
ā¢ As part of the sales support team, you will be responsible for responding to review, research and establish Sales Acct & NASP requests using the data and tools provided.
ā¢ Assist with CLE review, updated and duplicate cleanups to ensure CLE are unique per customer
ā¢ Review requirements, Test and accept new GCH application functionality
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as necessary.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
ā¢ Strong Skill to be able to manually review data in multiple sources and make connections between them
ā¢ Client Excel & Google Sheets usage for data analysis
ā¢ Excellent written and spoken english
ā¢ Ability to Quickly learn new tools and work in a team
ā¢ Ability to work under tight timelines and meet or beat sla's
ā¢ Ability to support system testing evening/weekends as required
DESIRED SKILLS:
ā¢ Customer service support
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
ā¢ High School & Bachelors preferred
ā¢ Data analysis certifications preferred
ā¢ Para-legal knowledge preferred"
