Role Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join the careerzynith team. In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity, responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical information across multiple platforms. Your work will directly support our sales, finance, and operations departments, ensuring that every record, spreadsheet, and order entry reflects the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness. Key Responsibilities

Enter, verify, and update data in careerzynith’s proprietary and third‑party systems with a focus on speed and precision.
Design, populate, and maintain complex Excel workbooks, including formulas, data validation, and conditional formatting.
Develop and refresh PivotTables and PivotCharts to summarize large data sets for internal reporting.
Perform routine data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to uphold data integrity.
Assist the order processing team by accurately entering purchase orders, tracking shipments, and updating inventory records.
Conduct basic mathematical calculations, data reconciliations, and cross‑referencing tasks as required.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather missing information, clarify data requirements, and streamline workflows.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry processes to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Participate in periodic audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing errors and increasing efficiency.


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and PivotTables.
Exceptional typing speed (≥70 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
