Develop and implement strategic plans for the SAP SD and order management function within the Aerospace and Defense industry. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of SAP SD and order management professionals. Manage and optimize the entire lifecycle of sales and order management processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to drive business growth and increase profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of order management processes with other business functions. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Communicate and present key insights, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service to meet their expectations and needs. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and expertise. Stay informed about new SAP SD and order management technologies and tools and evaluate their potential for implementation within the organization. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the SAP SD and order management function. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and the organization. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects and deliverables.
