Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining data in our database systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict quality standards. You will be working with sensitive information, particularly in healthcare-related documentation, which requires the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Data Collection and Preparation: Gather, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database. This includes reviewing incoming documents, verifying their completeness, and ensuring all necessary information is available before inputting.
Data Verification and Quality Control: Review data for discrepancies, missing pages, or incomplete information. Resolve discrepancies using standard procedures or escalate incomplete documents to team leadership for timely resolution.
Accurate Data Entry: Enter both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database with speed and accuracy. Maintain a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute to meet productivity standards.
Error Detection and Correction: Review data entered against original source documents for accuracy. Identify and correct any data entry errors, duplications, or inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
Security and Compliance: Follow data program security practices and procedures at all times. Routinely secure information by completing database backups daily to prevent data loss.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Maintain confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times and in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.
Administrative Support: Perform various clerical duties as required, including sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading documents to support overall team operations.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience
