Responsibilities • Converting requisitions into purchase orders (POs) • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth procurement operations Skills • Detail-oriented and motivated • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Data entry • Inventory control • Pdf files • Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing processes is a plus.
