What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input, verify, and organize various types of information into our systems. This includes data from invoices, statements, reports, personnel documents, and other business-critical materials. You'll be working with information sourced from multiple departments, clients, and external partners, making your role central to our operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Information Gathering and Review:

Collect invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, other departments, and clients. Carefully scan through this information to identify pertinent data that needs to be captured in our systems.

Data Verification and Correction:

Review information for accuracy and identify any errors or discrepancies. Correct these issues promptly and organize the data in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

Spreadsheet Creation and Management:

Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets containing large numbers of figures without mistakes. Ensure all numerical data is entered correctly and formatted according to careerzynith standards.

Database Entry and Updates:

Enter new information into relevant databases and update existing data as needed. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by team members or clients.

Data Backup and Preservation:

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss. Maintain the security and integrity of all stored information.

Quality Control:

Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure complete accuracy. Inform relevant parties regarding any errors encountered during the entry process.

Physical Document Management:

When applicable, store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.

Ad-Hoc Support:

Handle additional duties and special projects from time to time as needed by the team.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic literacy and numerical proficiency are essential for this role.

Experience:
