Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled data entry clerk to join our team as a Remote or Office Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely or in our office location.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into our database system
Verify and correct any errors in data entry
Generate reports and assist with data analysis
Communicate with team members to ensure accurate data entry
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel
Typing speed of at least 60 wpm
Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Prior experience in a technology company is a plus
