Key Responsibilities:
Ā Enter and update data into various databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
Ā Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
Ā Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
Ā Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
Ā Perform regular data backups and ensure the security of sensitive information.
Ā Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies or obtain additional information as... needed.
Ā Generate and distribute reports based on data entry tasks.
Ā Adhere to data entry guidelines and confidentiality policies.
Ā Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines.

Requirements:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management or related field is a plus.
Ā Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.
Ā Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ā Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
Ā Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
