Maintain accuracy and quality of credentialing information, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Validate details provided by third-party sources through rigorous cross-checking using online databases.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives.
Required Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate results.
Proficient command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Capability to maintain a productive work-from-home environment with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
A minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry or customer service roles is preferred.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
