Key Responsibilities Enter customer orders, transaction details, and related information into internal order‑management systems with a focus on precision and speed. Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding order status, product details, and delivery timelines, ensuring a courteous and helpful experience. Maintain and regularly update master records for inventory levels, sales metrics, and customer profiles to support real‑time reporting. Collaborate closely with the IT and systems support teams to troubleshoot data entry platform issues and confirm system functionality. Conduct routine data‑clean‑up activities, including de‑duplication, validation, and correction of records to uphold data integrity. Assist in generating daily and weekly data summaries that inform operational decisions across sales, logistics, and customer service departments.
