The Data Center Technician role involves providing logistical support, managing inventory, and addressing hardware issues in data centers, with opportunities for career development in technical positions.ResponsibilitiesInventory management, ordering, receiving, and shipping server partsProvide logistical support for onsite hardware activitiesInstall, Remove, address technical issues in hardware in data centers racks without disturbing other hardware and critical infrastructure on siteMaintain asset inventory and update internal application as neededBe accessible via cell phone and willing to work on onsite emergency as neededParticipate and complete training that aligns with corporate objectives to bridge skill gaps and learn new relevant technologiesAct within Service Level Agreements (SLA) on the tickets assigned to you in your spaceSkillsMust be able to lift 75lbsStrong interest in learning new DC conceptsStrong verbal and written communication skillsInventory management experience.
