They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and provide training and support via various communication channels.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Support Specialist handles client inquiries by gathering information through inquisitive questioning to identify the nature of the problem and troubleshoots product and training related questionsSupport and training are provided to clients via phone, email, and live chatWe embrace active listening skills to understand and advocate for our customer’s needsYou will document the issue in Salesforce and offering a resolution, so our clients are successfulYou will stay up to date on Meevo product knowledge and internal business processesYou must be able to understand and build technical knowledge of Meevo’s products, integrations, and business scenariosSkillsPassion for technology and helping peopleStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapportA people person.
