Requirements:

2. Strong innovation and emotional intelligence skills to empathize with customers and provide tailored support.
3. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
4. Ability to work remotely and independently in a virtual team setting.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
7. Experience in customer service or technical support roles is a plus.
