Resolving issues related to internet speeds, outages, and email support
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to deliver exceptional customer service
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A computer running Windows 10, 11, or the latest macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
A USB headset and webcam
At least one 15" or larger monitor
A quiet and distraction-free workspace
Excellent technical and customer service skills
Ability to sit for extended periods and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
